As a new parts supplier, EQ brings to its customer an in-depth knowledge of heads, crankshafts and other engine parts. The company’s performance cylinder head line is designed to provide maximum power with minimum effort. EQ Cylinder Heads feature the company’s 23 degree small block Chevy performance heads with Flow-Cast Technology that do not require any additional machining, porting or polishing. EQ Cylinder Heads are ready to go right out of the box. It is as simple as installing the valve train and bolting it on. 

 

With an improved design to resist cracking, EQ cylinder heads feature thicker decks for greater strength and hardened 30,000 Durabond™ series exhaust seats. Precision machining and a superior port finish helps achieve better airflow that has resulted in dyno-proven gains in horsepower and performance. In addition, EQ cylinder heads include a redesigned water flow for greater thermal conductivity.

 

EQ 23 degree cylinder heads feature an easy, bolt on installation with a three-angle valve finish, AS cast combustion chambers and ports, phosphor bronze intake and exhaust guides, and precision CNC machined guides and seats. Bare castings of EQ Cylinder Heads are available for assembly with new or reconditioned components.
